What do we do?
Telconnex Horizontal directional drilling involves 10 steps.
1. Pre-planning – We check construction plans and utilize the construction.
2. Construction site visit – We plan the construction with a minimal impact on the public and the environment
3. Obtain tickets – Apply for BYDA plans
4. Inform the relevant authorities and public – Obtain permits for the project and notify relevant authorities
5. Underground asset locating – We locate everything!! Telconnex ensures what is and what is not in the underground with depths and tolerances.
6. potholing – We use Nondestructive digging methods to ensure the located underground services.
7. Pilot hole and exit hole – We analyze the construction site and make two holes according to the pre-plan and construction plan.
8. Drilling and tracking – Our experienced drillers and trackers make sure the borehole is within the accurate depth and tolerances from the ground as well as from other services according to the requirements and tolerances.
9. Pullback – Finally, the pipeline is attached and pulled back through the borehole and we do “Track-back” to confirm the correct installation.
10. Finalize the project – We re-estate potholes, and pilot and exit holes as good as they were before.
